Your child’s regular dental cleaning and exam is an important part of maintaining his or her oral health. These visits are a great way for Dr. Ben to make sure your child is keeping up with oral hygiene habits and also allows us to detect any potential problem that may be lurking beneath the surface.
According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, your child should be brought to our office every six months for a dental cleaning and exam. Dental X-rays may also be taken so we can detect any issues happening in between your child’s teeth and below the gum line. Additionally, catching problems or potential problems early on will save you and your child a lot of time, money, and pain.
