Our #1 priority is to make sure that all of our wonderful patients, families, and staff members are safe and healthy. During this time, we have added a few additional precautions to make sure we are all doing our part to protect each other and keep everyone safe. Please take a moment to go over these precautions and if you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us:
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message to remind you of your upcoming visit and with a link to a supplemental informed consent. Please sign and submit the consent form prior to your visit.
We kindly ask that only one parent or guardian come to an appointment per patient.
When you arrive at the office, please remain in your vehicle and send us a text message letting us know that you are here. We will call you when it is okay to come in and will go over the COVID-19 questions to ensure that no one is experiencing symptoms.
Please wear a mask or face covering to the appointment.
We will ask each patient and accompanying individuals to sanitize their hands as soon as they come in the office.
We will take each patient’s and accompanying individuals’ temperature.
We will continue to observe social distancing. We are staggering our schedule to avoid overlap between families at the office and we will make sure that different families are kept well over 6 feet apart at all times. This might lead to an increased wait time so please bear with us.
We are also screening our employees daily for symptoms and recording their temperatures.
Thank you for all of your support during this unprecedented time. We are so lucky to have you as part of our Little Smiles of Delaware Family and we look forward to seeing you when you come in for a visit!
